Refund policy

We accept returns on most standard items within **30 days** of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return must be requested before sending anything back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll make it right 💫

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that the following items are **non-returnable and non-refundable**:
- Customized S-Core modules
- Limited editions and items marked as Final Sale
These pieces are specially made for your soul — thank you for understanding.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
