Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery — but only if:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories are intact (including box, cards, ribbons)
  • Custom-made products (e.g. personalized S-Core modules) cannot be returned

Please kindly package everything well and carefully before returning it back to us.

To unlock S-Core (custom soul modules), you need to:

  1. Purchase a full set
  2. Receive a gold spark card in your package
  3. Activate your card on our official website
  4. Once eligible, submit your customization through our S-Core portal
