Delivery & Returns
At SELAVIQUE, we believe that every part of your experience — from unboxing to returning — should feel thoughtful and clear.
Here’s everything you need to know about how your order gets to you, and what to do if something isn’t quite right.
✧ Delivery ✧
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
✧ Returns ✧
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All internal packaging — including tissue wrap, ribbons, inserts, tags, and stickers — is neatly intact
- The product is returned in its original SELAVIQUE packaging
- Customized items, such as personalized S-Core patches, are final sale and not eligible for return
You may open the outer shipping box to inspect the product. However, the inner packaging (including tissue wrap, ribbons, and protective inserts) must remain undamaged and neatly re-packed to be eligible for return.
✧ Return Process ✧
To initiate a return, please email us at support@selavique.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond with step-by-step return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost
✧ Damages & Issues ✧
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and photos of the issue — we will gladly repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
✧ Exchanges ✧
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, simply return the original item and place a new order separately.
