1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.
We’re working on expanding internationally soon — stay tuned.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum required.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your order.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

4. Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery — if items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Custom items like personalized S-Core patches cannot be returned.
To start a return, please email support@selavique.com.

5. I opened the ribbon and packaging. Can I still return it?

As long as the product is unused and all internal components (box, tissue wrap, ribbons) are neatly returned, we’ll gladly accept it. Please repack carefully before returning.

6. How can I access S-Core customization?

1. Purchase a full set.
2. Receive a Gold Spark Card.
3. Activate your card on our site.
4. Submit your customization request through the S-Core portal.

7. What if I only want to buy one item?
